There are four categories of fees in a case: case management, in-office evaluation, reading documents for your case, and writing a report.
If you haven’t scheduled a visit yet, some cases will require advanced payment of a case management fee.
The case management fee is charged in cases that need extra review prior to a scheduled appointment.
- The fee covers one-half hour of case management.
- If you eventually schedule an appointment, any unused balance is applied as a credit to your final balance due.
- If you do not schedule an appointment, the case management fee is not refundable.
